As a Senior UX/UI Design lead at Huispedia, you'll lead the design of our high-traffic web and mobile platforms. You will create user-centric solutions that meet both business goals and user needs. Your work will have a direct impact and will shape the future for millions of homeowners, home sellers and home seekers.
What you will do.
Lead the UX/UI design across our web and mobile platforms
Collaborate closely with engineering team and other stakeholders to define and execute design solutions.
Launch beautiful and innovative products that will shape the Dutch housing market.
Contribute and take the lead on our design system, aligning it with the company vision.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our products are at the cutting edge of design.
Job Requirements.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with expertise in web and mobile apps.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
You have experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups or scale-ups.
